COVID-19 Response - Updated Feb 2021

Are you still open for orders? Yes we are! Thankfully we are an online business so we are pretty much open 24/7. We are of course working safely to fulfil orders.

Are there delivery delays? We use Royal Mail and other courier services for our deliveries. Due to their high levels of staff absences and higher than normal postal volumes, some areas of the county may experience a small delay in service. Please be patient while they work as quickly as possible during this unprecedented time.

Can I send my order directly to a loved one? Yes you can. If you wish to send your order directly to your friends or family, simply pop their address in the ‘shipping address’ box at checkout. Your billing address should still be your address for the payment authorisation.

Can I include a message? Orders are packed in colourful tissue within a brown postal box. If you would like us to include a personalised message, then please email us and include your order number hello@myplayroom.co.uk 


Keeping our team safe during COVID-19 Our top priority is to make sure we keep everyone in the team safe while continuing to run the business and fulfil orders as normally as possible. Therefore we are following strictly the guidelines as set out by the UK Government and Public Health England to ensure all team members are safe.

  • All team members are advised not to come into work if they, or anyone they live with develops Covid-19 symptoms
  • All team members are following social distancing guidelines
  • All team members are following strict hand washing routines
  • We have implemented additional deep cleaning in the workshop.

We will continue to strictly monitor and follow the UK government advice.
